RETURNS

 

At REVERIE, it is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our following returns guidelines below:

 

  • We offer a store credit only for full priced or promotional items, excluding hair products and final sale items.

  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied. 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition including ALL tags.

  • Once REVERIE has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a store credit is issued.

  • The credit note will be issued in the form of a gift card that can be used to purchase a replacement. The amount issued will only include the cost of the items and excludes any shipping costs that may have been previously purchased.

REVERIE BOUTIQUE reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender at their expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as REVERIE cannot issue a store credit on items that are not received or are lost in transit. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. Processing may take a few business days so please be patient with us.

 

All Final Sale Items and Hair Products cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the exchange of your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

 

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Made a mistake? Hey, it happens. Please send an email to info@reverieboutiqueca.com to request a cancellation for your order right away. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it has already been shipped.
